Green light for £40m Herne Bay shopping complex

Canterbury City Council has approved plans by developer Terrace Hill to build an out-of-town shopping complex at Altira Business Park in Herne Bay, Kent. The scheme will include a 100,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s food store and petrol filling station, along with 32,000 sq ft of industrial development.
